Butchered is a short, independent slasher film written, directed, and produced by Moi!
This social media campaign focused on two aspects: paying homage to the iconic horror films that inspired it and celebrating the community and creative partnerships of the cast and crew.

I strove to make our Instagram page as professional as possible, and doing so was a joint effort.
I collaborated with photographer Melisa Farais on taking headshots for the cast and creatives and graphic designer Troy Mize on the poster design.
Some key crew members also reunited before the film’s release to recreate iconic horror movie scenes as promotion for the screening.

The goal of our TikTok was to show off the rapport of the cast and crew, and tease the plot of the film by using current, trending audios.
